Friedrich Künzler is an expert executive contributor for a large corporation that integrates many sciences into its product inventions for government and commercial use. His talent for bringing people together from multiple areas of scientific discover at every level of STEM competency has made him passionate to make sure that neither information and people are lost. One never knows when inspiration might strike from an old out-of-print book or paper or from a person sharing their insight on a particular topic from today. She currently is a manager for care housing facilities with the state of California and also has serves as a caretaker for many of her ill relatives. Her interests converge in our nonprofit and benefit you directly as she and the entire LA-outings team work to create local field trips, learning experiences, and personal connections that are fun.

Susan Kunzler, MS, CBC, BCC is the founder of A-Squared LAMP Groups that brings professional development coaching and OD consulting resources to communities. She is a twice-credentialed career coach (ACC, BCC) and is a organizational development practitioner skilled to streamline design, development, and detox. She is certified in business, leadership & executive coaching (WCI), business incubation (INBIA), behavioral consultancy, DISC personalities, Emotional Intelligence, and Conversational Intelligences. With humor, she specializes in mobilizing and inspiring others as a certified coach and is a Six Sigma Black Belt (project, finance/fundraising). She has traveled on five continents, working, studying, and volunteering with a variety of persons in many multinational settings. She holds dual-degrees in Political Science & International Relations (Asian studies) as well as a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.

Thank you for volunteering, Mary! Mary Brown is a member of and traveler with A-Squared LAMP Groups who loves traveling, musicals, theater, mysteries, and museums. She cares for her grown special needs son and loves to have him join her in her many adventures, which he also enjoys a great deal. Her interests converge in our nonprofit and benefit you directly as she and the entire LA-outings team work to create local field trips, learning experiences, and personal connections that are fun.

Dana has so many talents and skills, that it is hard to just list them here. However, she is a highly sought-after pilates & yoga instructor, dance teacher, and painter with a love of all things beautiful and cultural. She is certified as a grant writer, was a successful entrepreneur who sold her business, worked as a paralegal, and holds a PhD in choreography; but her highest passions (apart from dance) are painting, traveling, and showing others how to love both. She has hosted many Paint-n-Sip events and is currently in charge of A-Squared LAMP Groups’ bienniel member trips around the world. She serves to actively supervise and support our membership FUN Teams with local outings, fundraisers, and support events. Integral to our fundraising and wellness focus for our organization, Dana brings a love of culture to everything she does, and we are so very grateful to work with her. In addition to her wellness and funding board role, she also serves as the official secretary for our nonprofit.

SueAnn Freeman is a valuable participant in our We-Learn LMS shared-cost project at A-Squared LAMP Groups, which operates like a cooperative. We are lucky to have her on the team. She is a Certified Co-active Coach (CPCC – Coaches Training Institute), Board Certified Coach (BCC) and certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She holds a MA in Leadership from Saint Mary’s College. In addition she is a certified mediator with the California Lawyers for the Arts, Leader Effectiveness Trainer (L.E.T.) and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Team Coach and EQi2 assessor. She coaches and trains individuals and teams on difficult, sensitive and important conversations and the process by which they make decisions. She works with Leadership/Managers-Executives, Non-Profits, Relationships, Career & Balance, and General Life Coaching. Yvonne is an integral participant in our We-Learn LMS shared-cost project, which operates loosely as a cooperative. We are grateful to have her working with this team of professionals. She is a Credentialed Coach & Organizational Development Leader, the President, Founder and Senior Coach of Elderberi Coaching Group. Her passion is to support and facilitate awareness, spark insight, and encourage actions that yield sustainable results in her clients personal and professional lives. As a coach, consultant, and facilitator with over eighteen years of experience in learning, leadership development, organizational development, and human resources management she has a deep and nuanced toolkit. As a certified NeuroLeadership Coach she brings the benefits of a neuroscience-based, emotionally intelligent coaching and consulting approach to transform conversations, improve performance and build leaders. Her certification specialization in team coaching means she is able to facilitate complex issues from a group perspective as well. The results: alignment of vision, mission, goals, execution of strategies, effective leadership, enhanced performance, and improved interpersonal and communication skills. Yvonne has an MS in Applied Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BA in Psychology from the City College of New York. He is a Leadership Coach who specializes in Remote Team Development, Increasing Listening Intelligence, and Conversational Intelligence, Retired technical manager who relaunched successfully as a leadership and conversational specialist coach that is in high demand on betterup.com. He has bravely and skillfully taken the lead in onboarding new participants to the We-Learn LMS shared-cost project at A-Squared LAMP Groups, which he adeptly describes as operating like “a cooperative.” His expertise and level of service and skill has been invaluable to us, and we are grateful to be working with him. Recently retired & busier than ever! Former Assistant Superintendent with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. Skilled in Budgeting, Customer Service, Staff Development, Educational Leadership, and Leadership Development, she is passionate about helping others and learning. She is active on our local outings group and also herself started a book club under our membership FUN Teams where she is integral in facilitating learning conversations with others in that group. Though she has a strong background an degree in Accounting and Business/Management from California State University-Fullerton, she has been immersed on bettering relationships and exploring her more creative side. She loves watching softball leagues, hiking, mentoring leaders, training others for financial transformation, empowering people to learn and explore their own creativity, traveling, and has many more interests she is just tapping into through her membership and service as a FOUNDING BOARD MEMBER of A-Squared LAMP Groups.

Peter is passionate about driving excellence int HR function, structures, policies, and procedures for a positive company impact. His extensive experience working with multicultural team members at all stakeholder levels, his business finance and startup executive expertise, plus his bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, helps him lead with technical accuracy and with heart. For decades he has worked in the medical field for companies where he oversaw multi-state and multinational locations and practices, as well as managing many independent facilities and staff in the entertainment industry.
He is a leader with a style that naturally mentors, trains, and empowers staff with loyalty, diligence, truthfulness, and empathy that consistently builds up company good will. Team members provide much feedback that elevates Peter into being “the most understanding and approachable person [they’ve] ever worked for.” Peter is most proud of this and his ability to strategically enable workers to do their jobs with less stress and more support. In fact, his best and most valuable speciality is to create order out of chaos and to ensure 100% compliancy for all governmental and corporate and organizational requirements. Along those lines, he researches new systems and learns new methods to ensure that the right systems, portals, and platforms are being used. But that’s only the beginning of his vast leadership experience – there’s more!
Peter Camacho has been a community leader in the Boy Scouts of America, serving in many capacities. He is elated to use his talents and skills to help develop leadership in young boys as they grow into manhood, and has been a valuable resource amongst the parents and organizational leadership structure to ensure excellence in their programs. He even annually volunteers his medical presence in an official capacity at events for the safety of all participants in regional camps.
